Ordering

To order, please complete the form under the "Custom Order" tab. Custom cake orders require a 1 week advanced order notice.​ Please note that payments are due at the time of order to secure your order (see return policy).

No order is scheduled or date held without payment.

​Return Policy:*No refunds or exchanges on in store, online or shipped products.

*Rush Orders (less than 1 weeks notice)- No refunds or exchanges on rush custom orders.

*Non Rush Orders- Payments & Deposits on custom orders are non refundable and non transferable after 24 hours of payment. Please be advised that any orders that are refunded (within the 24 hour refund period), will accrue a processing fee of 15% of order total.

*Date changes on custom orders- changes will be accommodated if the date is available, but will be charged a change fee of $75.

Pricing

Cake pricing is based on these MAIN FACTORS: Serving Size (2x2 -party; 2x1 - wedding) shape (sculpted vs non sculpted), design (number of tiers, add-ons, decor etc.) and time to complete. ​Cookie pricing is based on the complexity of each design (how many colors, shape, etc.)

Delivery MUST be scheduled at the time of order. Delivery Insurance is $40 within a  15 mile radius and $4 per additional mile. 

Please make sure your vehicle is free of items that could roll or slide into the cake box, make sure that the box is sitting on a flat surface in a cool dry area (NOT on the seat or in a lap) and make sure it is NOT in direct heat or sunlight.  Bakers D'lite WILL NOT be liable for any order once it has been delivered or picked up (exchanged possession)

(Applies to order pickups Mon-Friday ONLY) If your order has not been picked up by close of business on your scheduled pickup date, you will have to pick it up on our next business day and a storage fee of $25 will be assessed and due prior to pickup (an invoice will be sent). If you do not pay your storage fee and pick up your order by the next business day, your order will be donated unless you have communicated with us and we agree otherwise. Please note that we WILL NOT store orders over the weekend! If your pickup date is on a Saturday, you MUST pick up buy close of business on that day, otherwise, your order will be donated or re-sold.
