Orders require a 1 week advanced order notice. Make sure the date you are requesting is within the parameters of this, or your order will be cancelled and refunded with a 15% processing fee of order total being assessed from the total.
Return Policy: *No refunds or exchanges on in store, online or shipped products.
Late Pick-up (Applies to order pickups Mon-Friday ONLY): If your order has not been picked up by close of business on your scheduled pickup date, you will have to pick it up on our next business day and a storage fee of $25 will be assessed and due prior to pickup (an invoice will be sent). If you do not pay your storage fee and pick up your order by the next business day, your order will be donated unless you have communicated with us and we agree otherwise. Please note that we WILL NOT store orders over the weekend! If your pickup date is on a Saturday, you MUST pick up buy close of business on that day, otherwise, your order will be donated or re-sold.
